Different types of vitamins and supplements are important for optimum health because they provide essential substitutes for nutrients which your body needs but may not be getting due to a poor diet. While most people are familiar with morning sickness during pregnancy, far less is known about hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), that affects up to 2% of pregnant women.
